Join us for a powerful and fun way to begin the New Year, 2014. Each of us will be given a piece of flash paper on which to write all that we would like to release from the past year. We then release this into the flame of the candle on the altar table. This simple ritual of release has proven to be very powerful in helping us to forgive and to create a new space for God’s grace in our lives.
We are also given stationary and an envelope on which we write a “Letter to God”, outlining our intentions and blessings for the coming year. We seal and self-address our letter and it is mailed back to us the following December. It is wonderful to see what God has done in our lives over the year!
