Join us as we release the past and set our intentions for the new year. This simple ritual of release has proven to be powerful in helping us to forgive and to create a new space for God’s Grace in our lives. Each of us is given a piece of flash paper on which to write all that we would like to release from the past year. We then release this into the flame of the candle on the altar table. After that we are given the opportunity to write a letter to God, outlining our intentions for the coming year. We seal and self-address our letter and it is mailed back to us the following December. It is wonderful to see what God has done in our lives over the year!
