jallenJay D. Allen’s journey to self-realization accelerated at the age of eighteen when he collapsed and was taken to hospital where he remained unconscious for three days before undergoing emergency brain surgery.  He survived, without brain damage and with a life expectancy of only fifteen months. At the time, he was away from home pursuing a career as a hockey goaltender.

16 years after his initial “terminal” diagnosis, Jay is pursuing his life purpose as a spiritual teacher and is sharing his journey of discovery with others to help them with their own path and challenges. He is a speaker and author of three books, Humans In Training, Humans In Healing, and Humans For Giving.
